SMOKING
For your maximum enjoyment, The Master Suite is a non-smoking adult facility for two. Guests who wish to smoke are welcome to do so outside, a respectable distance from the house. Sitting around the fire pit with a cup of coffee, cocoa or a glass of wine is the perfect place to enjoy your tobacco!
PETS WELCOME!
We can make arrangements for guests traveling with pets, including horses! We have a comfortable outdoor kennel for dogs or cats (well behaved and socialized only please) at $10.00 extra per day. They can also be kenneled in our heated garage. Nearby and on site horse boarding facilities are available.
DEPOSITS and REFUNDS
A 25% cash, check, or Visa/MC deposit for your entire stay is required within 1 week of making your reservation. Reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, the entire amount is payable with Visa/MC. Upon arrival, balance of reservation will be due.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. For cancellations more than two weeks prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $50 service fee.
It is our policy to help our guests in any way we can during their visit. We can assist you with local activity and dining reservations upon your request. We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences with advance notice.
