The Master Suite is an ideal spot to have your small outdoor (under 60 guests) or indoor (under 35 guests) destination wedding and reception. It's perfect for an elegant "renewing vows" reception or a casual, Montana style barbecue...imagine dining as the sun sets behind us to the west, casting its glow on the mountains, then dancing as the lights of the valley twinkle below...it's a magical spot you and your guests will never forget.
Because we want you to have the most perfect wedding or reception possible we require that you have a professional wedding planner for your outdoor wedding. We provide a blank canvas with which to work and all necessary decorations and party supplies must be rented. You will need a caterer and bartender. Alcoholic beverages are limited to beer, wine, and champagne.
The basic cost for an outdoor wedding or event is $1750 and includes the suite for two nights, valet parking, and two port-a-potties. Outdoor events are limited to July, August, and the first two weeks in September! In addition, there is a $150 insurance policy rider to protect you and your guests on our property. The house is off limits to everyone except the wedding party. You and your bridal party have the use of the suite and our upstairs office for preparing and dressing for the wedding. Out of respect for our neighbors, live music must end by 11 pm, recorded music by midnight. Indoor weddings and events are $750 and the suite must be rented for two nights at season cost.
A deposit of $750 for outdoor events, $400 for indoor events, is required upon making your reservation. A refundable security deposit of $500 plus the balance is due one month prior to your event. We make no guarantees as to weather and cannot move your outdoor wedding inside so a tent is required. Although we remain on the property for your event, we are not wedding planners nor are we available to act as hosts other than greeting your guests and directing them to the wedding area.
